Alanis is practicing some blows she has learned from her friend Ellen, but ends up hurting her friend's hand, who doesn't like her aggressive attitude at all. Ellen then strikes back more aggressively, until she knocks Alanis out. Fallen to the ground, in addition to the blows, Alanis will also receive a rather disgusting "light" humiliation.
