Karla was kidnapped and held captive, being terrorized by her kidnapper. When she leaves, she leaves the victim alone, who is found by her lover who sees Karla dehydrated and in a state of shock. Offering her drink and food, the panicked girl ends up vomiting, creating a sensual atmosphere just like in the movies.
